Surprise your loved one with 6 helium balloons for that special occasion! Your
choice on the message balloon: "Happy Anniversary", "Happy Birthday",
"I love you", etc. This package really gives your loved one a
celebration atmosphere when they walk in!
Birthday Bonanza...$75
One step ordering to a complete birthday atmosphere! We will have happy
birthday banners, an 8" Happy Birthday cake, 6 helium balloons, a
wrapped birthday present and birthday favors in your party room before
you arrive.

A docking station in our party lounge may be provided for you to bring your ipods in for your own music preference.
- PRIVATE SPA PARTY DETAILS:
*You must give the spa at least 2 weeks notice to reserve your event. (If less time is presented to us, we can try our best to accommodate you and your friends, but we cannot guarantee your first choice treatments, it may be best to have several options ready before speaking with Vitality's party coordinator)
*Parties range in size from 3-14 people. They can choose anything they would like on our menu. We recommend up to 2 hours per person for approximately a 3
hour party. The best parties are when everybody gets different treatments. It creates great conversation back in the lounge where you can all eat and drink
together.
*The cost per person is service price + 18% gratuity + $25 spa party fee to cover light catering, goody bag, and spa rental (you and your friends have the whole
spa to yourself!). Light catering includes sandwich wraps, cheese & crackers, fruit platter, and dessert tray.
*Our goal is for you and your party to have the best spa experience. To ensure a smooth-running spa party, we will need you to follow these policies: 1) The names and treatments of choice of everyone attending at least 2 weeks prior to your party.
2) Please allow at least 15-30 minutes prior to your scheduled time of service so that you can settle-in and fill-out our intake paperwork. We also collect payment prior to your treatment time so you that you can enjoy the rest of the evening. * no discounts, gift certificates or coupons may be applied toward spa party services. 3) If someone is late for their scheduled appointment, their treatment time will be shortened. This allows us to stay on schedule for the rest of your party. 4) We require a 48 hour notice of cancellation to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows are charged the full service amount and will be charged to the host's credit card on file. The $25 deposit is NON-refundable.
5) Service changes are not allowed. Added services may be accommodated, but not guaranteed. *We have a lot of fun doing these parties and have received wonderful feedback from the recipients. We are looking forward to hosting your spa party!
