Vitality Wellness Spa wishes for all of their guests to fully enjoy their spa experience free and clear of any concerns. We kindly ask that all guests respectfully follow our policies we have put into place to ensure the quality of therapists and environment that we are devoted in providing for you.
Universal Spa Code of Conduct:
As a Spa Guest, it is your responsibility to: *Communicate your preferences, expectations and concerns *Communicate complete and accurate health information and reasons for your visit *Treat staff and other guests with courtesy and respect *Use products, equipment and therapies as directed *Engage in efforts to preserve the environment *Adhere to the spa's published policies and procedures

As a Spa Guest, you have the right to:
*A clean, safe and comfortable environment *Stop a treatment at any time, for any reason *Be treated with consideration, dignity and respect *Confidential treatment of your disclosed health information *Trained staff who respectfully conduct treatments according to treatment protocols and the spa's policies and procedures *Ask questions about your spa experience *Information regarding staff training, licensing and certification |
Appointment Scheduling & Cancellation All appointments require a credit card number to hold your reservation. This card will be kept on file. Should a conflict arise, we require a 24-hour notice for a single service of change or cancellation and a 48-hour notice for multiple services or guests. In the case of inadequate notice, your credit card will be charged 50% of the value of the services missed. To avoid this charge, you may have a friend or family member fill in for your scheduled appointment. If there is no notice at all, your credit card will be charged the full value of services missed. Your appointment time is reserved just for you, so please be considerate of this policy, it is strictly enforced.
Punctuality, Pre & Post TreatmentThis is your time to relax! Don't cut your service short by arriving late. We suggest you arrive about 15-20 minutes early on your first visit (except if your appointment is at the time of opening) to Vitality to get the full experience. This allows us to run on schedule and keeps you from waiting too long because of others. A UV light skin analysis and brief consultation will be performed before all facial treatments in our pre-lounge tea room. A brief wellness consultation including 15 minutes on the Marvelous Migun bed will be offered before any massage or body treatment behind our post-lounge area. We
always allow 15 minutes complimentary on our MIGUN bed prior to your
massage appointment to help soothe your mind and relax your muscles.
(Just let us know at the time of booking so we can make sure it is
available for use.) Our "pre-lounge" tea room is also available where you
can sip a cup of tea and relax while reading a book or magazine in private
for peace of mind before your scheduled treatment.
Environment Vitality Wellness Spa is located on the second floor. Therefore, there are two sets of stairs that lead up to the spa. If you have trouble walking up the stairs, please state so at the time of your appointment so that we can be sure to have a Vitality staff member available to assist you. Please respect the tranquil environment by shutting off your pagers or cell phones and leaving small children at home. Sanitized sandals are provided in the reception area for guests to kindly remove their street shoes to protect the high traffic areas throughout the spa. There are no beverages allowed other than the water & tea provided by Vitality Wellness Spa. Please use gentle voices when entering the treatment area.
Payment & Tipping Cash and all Major Credit Cards are acceptable forms of payment. Services must be paid in full at the time of your visit. Sorry, we do not accept personal checks or insurance, but we do offer payment plans to make it easier to receive your treatments without interruption when purchasing a series. Gratuity may be added to your credit or debit card payment. Envelopes are provided at the front desk to accept cash tips for your spa therapist. 18%-20% gratuity is customary and may be automatically calculated for you at the time of check out. All service fees may be subject to change without notice.
Gift certificates, Coupons, and Vital Rewards Gift certificates are as good as cash and cannot be replaced if lost or stolen. Gift Certificates, Coupons, and Vital Rewards must be presented to be valid for redemption and cannot be combined with any spa specials, discounts or during spa week promotions. Gift Certificates for spa packages and/or services must be redeemed within 2 years of the point of sale purchase date to be redeemed at full value. After 2 years of issue date, any change in service or package price may be applied and any difference in service value will be collected at time of checkout. Spa Package services are designed to be exclusive to that package for an enjoyable experience from start to finish and cannot be exchanged for any other service(s) or split upon separate visits. Vital Rewards cards are our way of saying “Thank You” for referring a friend and/or family member and cannot be applied towards a Gift Certificate purchase. Discounts are not valid toward spa packages, specials, spa parties, couples massage or classes.
Exchanges and Product Returns Vitality Wellness Spa does not issue any refunds on services, products, gift certificates or classes. Discounts are not included in exchanges. Products may only be exchanged for another product within 14 days of purchase of equal or greater value. Pilates and Yoga classes are non-refundable once the series is in session.
Personal items Please leave valuable items and jewelry at home. Vitality Wellness Spa and its employees are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.
